In case of conflicting information, official Senegalese government announcements will take precedence. Delays in reporting or revisions to initial reports will be resolved based on the confirmed date of the arrest or detention.
If the event is confirmed to have occurred on or before the cutoff date, the market resolves to "Yes" regardless of when the information becomes available.
